Hi, I’m Pippa ​
Trauma-Informed Mentor, Nervous System Guide, and Creator of The Calm Codes™
For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.
I felt deeply, gave generously, and carried more than my share, emotions, energy, expectations.
As a highly sensitive, empathic woman and now Mother, I learned how to attune to everyone else…
while slowly losing connection with myself.
