Hi, I’m Pippa ​

For years, I thought something was wrong with me.
I felt too much, gave too much, and carried too much, emotions, energy, expectations.
As an empath and highly sensitive woman, I was overwhelmed by the world around me… and disconnected from the world within me.
Everything changed when I began my own healing.
Through trauma-informed work, spiritual reconnection, and nervous system repair, I discovered something powerful:
my sensitivity wasn’t the problem, it was the path.
Now, I guide other sensitive souls through The Calm Codes™ a gentle, soul-led process to create emotional and soul freedom, reclaim energetic sovereignty, and rise with calm, clarity, and confidence.
