This 3-hour live, interactive workshop explores the psychological, physiological, and nervous system impacts of domestic abuse through a trauma-informed lens. Designed to deepen understanding, compassion, and practical skill, this session integrates neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness.
You’ll learn how trauma affects the brain, body, and attachment systems and how awareness and regulation can support healing and recovery for survivors or those working in support roles.
